We offer 15 minutes, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 15 minutes of your purchase date & time. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Conditions and Exceptions

  • Usage Limits: To be eligible for a refund, you must have consumed less than 10% or a max of 2 videos of the course content (measured by video playback time) whichever is less.
  • Purchase Date: The refund request must be made within 15 minutes of the original purchase.
  • Prohibited Activity: Refunds will not be granted to users whose accounts have been flagged for violating our terms of service, including but not limited to, attempting to download or share video content illegally.
  • Bulk Purchases: Refunds are generally not available for bulk or corporate purchases.
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for course bundles or multi-course purchases.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
